To those who climb roofs when the temperature is nearing or exceeding 100 degrees to inspect the roof, climb through a window to inspect the interior of a house after a flood, because the refrigerator is blocking the front door and the sofa is blocking the back, invest heavily in bug repellent to fight off the mosquitoes and biting flies and to those who contend with insureds who rarely co-operate quite enough with the guy (or gal) who is frequently viewed as the enemy, we dedicate this site.

This site will continuously work to make your job easier, because no matter how much easier we make it, it will never be easy. From trying to get a Proof of Loss signed for a flood claim by an insured who "knows" his flood policy should pay for the insulation under the house even though it was two feet above the flood water to simply wrapping an arm around the old man who lost his house one month after he lost his wife of 45 years, you are a special breed of human being. Our hats are off to you.

This site will always be a work in progress for when we stop progressing, we have stopped learning and life is too short to stop learning. This is your site and we will provide input from as many adjusters we can both through the forums and through educational articles to bring insight from experienced adjusters.

You will note that some of the links on the menu still lead to a "Progress Interupted" page. These pages will be replaced with the titled page on the links as they are completed. We didn't feel that it would be appropriate to make you wait to enjoy what we have completed thus far.

Also, please do not be shy about letting me know when you find a typo on the site. I sometimes try to type as fast as I think, and I can't even talk that fast. So, if you find a mistook, please let me know so that we can correct it and keep the site looking as professional as you deserve. (Gee, I wonder if anybody will notice.)
